Before joining the healthcare field, I worked as a high school teacher, where I developed a strong passion for supporting and guiding others. Over the past five years, my career has expanded into both customer service and healthcare, including roles in Technical Support, Patient Service Advocate, and now Care Coordinator.

My path into healthcare became personal when I cared for my late father. That experience gave me a deeper understanding of how important compassionate support and advocacy can be for families navigating care for a loved one.

Today, I’m grateful to be part of the From the Heart team, where I can help families find the support they need and ensure their loved ones receive thoughtful, compassionate care.
