With a background in Psychology and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management, I’ve dedicated the past 24 years to serving seniors in a variety of leadership roles, including Sales Director, Corporate Director of Sales, and Executive Director.

I’ve also been a licensed RCFE Administrator for over 14 years, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting residents, families, and staff with care and guidance. One of the most meaningful parts of my career was leading a senior living community safely through the challenges of COVID-19, where I was proud to protect over 90 residents without a single case.

My passion for helping seniors continues to guide my work, and I’m honored to be part of a team that shares the same commitment to compassionate care.
